Gold price opens higher in Hong Kong

HONG KONG, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- The gold price in Hong Kong went up 28 Hong Kong dollars to open at 12,070 dollars (about 1,544.03 U.S. dollars) per tael on Friday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society. (1 U.S. dollar equals to 7.82 HK dollars)
