Poverty relief relocation policy benefits villagers in Guizhou

He Zhengcai's wife cooks at their new home in Quandu community for poverty relief relocation in Shiqian County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, Feb. 21, 2019. He Zhengcai and his family once lived in Luxi Village in Shiqian County which is located in the mountains with scarce farmland and inconvenient traffic.
